Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani Akta Jual Beli Saham No. 07
tanggal 6 April 2026 dengan PT Indoplas Makmur Lestari,
entitas anak usaha PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (kode
saham: OASA) yang bergerak dalam bidang industri
pengolahan limbah, energi, dan properti berwawasan
lingkungan.
Perseroan bersepakat untuk membeli saham PT Indoplas
Energi Hijau sejumlah 20 (dua puluh) lembar saham dengan
nilai nominal sebesar Rp1.000.000 (satu juta Rupiah) per
lembar saham,-, atau sebesar 20% dari total saham yang
diterbitkan oleh IEH, sehingga total nilai pembelian saham ini
sebesar Rp20.000.000 (dua puluh juta Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan Akta Jual Beli ini dilakukan sebagai bagian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dari strategi Perseroan dalam penguatan portofolio investasi di
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sektor energi hijau yang mendukung pengembangan bisnis
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau energi berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai
Perusahaan Publik tambah jangka panjang bagi Perseroan.
Manajemen Perseroan meyakini bahwa Transaksi ini
memberikan nilai strategis serta sejalan dengan arah
pengembangan usaha Perseroan.

The Company Has Acquired Shares in PT Indoplas Energi

Description of Material Information or The Company has executed a Share Purchase Deed No. 07
Facts dated 6 April 2026 with PT Indoplas Makmur Lestari, a
subsidiary of PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (stock code:
OASA), which operates in the waste processing, energy, and
environmentally sustainable property sectors.
The Company has agreed to acquire shares in PT Indoplas
Energi Hijau amounting to 20 (twenty) shares with a nominal
value of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) per share,
representing 20% of the total issued shares of IEH, with a total
transaction value of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million Rupiah).
Impact of event, material information or The execution of the Share Purchase Deed forms part of the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company strategy to strengthen its investment portfolio in the
Company’s operational activities, legal, green energy sector, supporting the development of
financial condition, or going concern sustainable energy businesses and enhancing long term value
for the Company.
The Company management believes that this Transaction
provides strategic value and is aligned with the Company
overall business development direction.
