Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - Berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa PT Cardig Anugra Sarana Bersama
(merupakan anak perusahaan Perseroan dengan kepemilikan
sebesar 99,999%), tertanggal 28 Desember 2023, telah
diputuskan oleh seluruh pemegang saham PT Cardig Anugra
Sarana Bersama untuk membubarkan dan melikuidasi PT
Cardig Anugra Sarana Bersama yang bergerak di bidang
facility management.
- Hal ini merupakan bagian dari restrukturisasi bisnis
yang mana Perseroan bermaksud untuk lebih fokus kepada
bisnis terkait aviasi yaitu jasa penunjang kebandarudaraan
yang mana sejalan dengan strategi jangka panjang Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak hukum dan operasional atas kejadian ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap Perseroan secara keseluruhan. Kejadian
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pembubaran dan likuidasi ini dipercaya akan membawa
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dampak positif pada profitabilitas, arus kas, dan neraca
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan ke depannya.

Description of Material Information or - In accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary of
Facts General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Cardig Anugra Sarana
Bersama (a subsidiary of the Company with an ownership of
99,99%), dated December 28, it has been resolved by all
shareholders of PT Cardig Anugra Sarana Bersama to
dissolve and liquidate PT Cardig Anugra Sarana Bersama,
previously engaged in facility management.
- This constitutes a part of the business restructuring wherein
the Company intends to enhance its focus on the aviation-
related business, specifically airport support services, aligning
with the Company's long-term strategy.
Impact of event, material information or There are no legal and operational implications for the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company as a whole arising from this event. The dissolution
Company’s operational activities, legal, and liquidation event believed to have positive impact on the
financial condition, or going concern overall profitability, cash flow and balance sheet of the
Company in the future.
