                                               Kerjasama Investasi antara Perseroan dengan masing-masing
                                               pihak yaitu: Maibo Commerce Hub Sdn. Bhd. dan SE Green
                                               Tech Sdn. Bhd. (Rencana Investasi)

 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material          Sehubungan dengan perjanjian tersebut, Perseroan
                                               berencana untuk melakukan investasi pada 2 (dua)
                                               perusahaan yang berkedudukan di Malaysia, yaitu:
                                               1.       Maibo Commerce Hub Sdn. Bhd., suatu perusahaan
                                               holding yang memiliki entitas anak yang bergerak pada bidang
                                               teknologi informasi, yang bisnisnya sudah berjalan dan sampai
                                               dengan saat ini masih berjalan dengan baik; dan
                                               2.       SE Green Tech Sdn. Bhd., suatu perusahaan holding
                                               yang memiliki entitas anak yang bergerak pada bidang
                                               independent power plant berbasis teknologi, yang bisnisnya
                                               sudah berjalan dan sampai dengan saat ini masih berjalan
                                               dengan baik, serta merupakan bisnis dengan recurring
                                               revenue dan kontrak jangka panjang lebih dari 10 tahun.

 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta         Apabila Rencana Investasi tersebut berhasil direalisasikan,
 material tersebut terhadap kegiatan           maka hal tersebut akan berdampak pada terwujudnya arus
 operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,         kas yang positif bagi Perseroan dan grup karena bisnisnya
 atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau           sudah berjalan dan menghasilkan pendapatkan jangka
 Perusahaan Publik                             panjang serta melibatkan regional expansion, sehingga kondisi
                                               keuangan Perseroan akan mengalami peningkatan, yang
                                               berdampak baik juga pada kelangsungan usaha Perseroan

 Description of Material Information or       In connection with the agreement, the Company plans to

                                              1.        Maibo Commerce Hub Sdn. Bhd., a holding company
                                              that has subsidiaries engaged in the field of information
                                              technology, whose business has been running and is still
                                              running well; and
                                              2.        SE Green Tech Sdn. Bhd., a holding company that
                                              has subsidiaries engaged in technology-based independent
                                              power plants, whose business has been running and is still
                                              running well, and is a business with recurring revenue and
                                              long-term contracts of more than 10 years.
 Impact of event, material information or     If the Investment Plan is successfully realized it will have an
