Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan entitas anaknya akan terus berupaya untuk
meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kinerja usahanya. Berikut ini
progres dan rencana yang akan dilakukan, antara lain:
1. Perseroan telah menambah 1 (satu) toko monobrand baru,
yaitu Samsung Excellent Partner di D'Botanica Bandung Mall
dan 1 (satu) toko Shop in Shop Xiaomi di Citraland Jakarta,
sehingga sampai saat ini, Perseroan telah mengoperasikan 40
(empat puluh) toko Offline.
2. Perseroan telah mengembangkan penjualan online melalui
4 (empat) market place terbesar di Indonesia dengan
menambah jumlah toko Online, baik di Jakarta, Jawa, Bali,
dan Makasar dengan status sebagai Official store /Mall,
Merchant Pro, dan Star Seller. Melalui pembukaan toko-toko
ini Perseroan dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dalam melayani
konsumen yang membutuhkan pengiriman telepon selular
dalam waktu cepat.
3. Perseroan mulai melakukan kegiatan Live-Sales diberbagai
platform yang ada di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan bisnis
online.
4. Perseroan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari Principal untuk
melakukan pembelian menggunakan fasilitas pembayaran
yang lebih baik sehingga diharapkan bisa meningkatkan
bisnis.
5. Perseroan terus menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan
para kreditor dan membayar kewajiban secara rutin setiap
bulan dengan menaikan jumlahnya dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.
Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan terus melanjutkan aktivitas bisnis
yang sudah dijalankan dengan baik dan yang menghasilkan di
tahun 2023.

Description of Material Information or The Company and its subsidiaries will continue to strive to
Facts improve and improve their business performance. The
following are the progress and plans that will be implemented,
such as:
1. The Company has opened 1 (one) new monobrand store,
Samsung Excellent Partner at D'Botanica Bandung Mall and 1
(one) Shop in Shop Xiaomi store at Citraland Jakarta so
currently the Company has operated 40 (forty) offline stores.
2. The company continues to expand online sales through the
4 (four) largest market places in Indonesia by increasing the
number of online stores in both Jakarta, Java, Bali and
Makassar with the status of Official Store/Mall, Merchant Pro
and Star Seller. Through the opening of these stores the
company can increase the speed in serving consumers who
need fast delivery of mobile phones.
3. The Company began carrying out Live-Sales activities on
various platforms in Indonesia to increase online business.
4. The company has gained the trust from the Principal to
make purchases using better payment facilities so it is hoped
that it can increase business.
5. The Company continue to maintain good communication
with creditors and pay obligations regularly every month by
increasing the amount compared to the previous year.
In the future, The Company will continue to carry out business
activities that have been implemented well and that are
profitable in 2023.
