The object of the transaction: Vacant land of 42.134 m2 owned by Smartel located at Jl. Pahlawan Seribu, CBD BSD Lot 124, Lengkong Gudang Serpong Utara, Tangerang Selatan, Banten. 2. Parties to the transaction: The Company as Buyer and Smartel as Seller. 3. The value of the transaction amounted to IDR16,431,800,000 (Sixteen billion four hundred thirty- one million eight hundred thousand Rupiah) which was done by the Company's internal cash.
