 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material        a.       Jenis peristiwa atau kejadian yang menyebabkan
                                             bertambahnya kewajiban keuangan :
                                             Merujuk pada Surat Keterangan (covernote) nomor 147/C-
                                             NT/XII/2023 tertanggal 28 Desember 2023, yang dikeluarkan
                                             oleh Notaris Sri Hidianingsih Adi Sugijanto, S.H., Notaris di
                                             Jakarta, bahwa pada tanggal 27 Desember 2023, Perseroan
                                             dan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (Bank) telah
                                             menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit (Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan
                                             8), yang memuat informasi sebagai berikut:
                                             1)       Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan 8
                                             -        Limit Kredit : Rp426.000.000.000,- (empat ratus dua
                                             puluh enam miliar Rupiah).
                                             -        Tujuan Penggunaan : General Corporate Purpose
                                             dalam rangka pengembangan kegiatan usaha Perusahaan.
                                             -        Jangka Waktu: 32 (tiga puluh dua) bulan terhitung
                                             sejak Penandatanganan Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan 8
                                             termasuk availability period selama 1 (satu) bulan atau
                                             maksimal 11 Mei 2026.

                                             b.       Perkiraan penambahan kewajiban :
                                             Penerimaan Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan 8 sebagaimana
                                             dimaksud dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini mengakibatkan
                                             penambahan kewajiban-kewajiban Perseroan termasuk
                                             diantaranya penambahan kewajiban keuangan, namun masih
                                             dalam batas rasio yang ditentukan dalam PWA SI-I Tahap I,
                                             PWA SI-I Tahap II, PWA SI-I Tahap III, PWA SI-I Tahap IV,
                                             dan PWA SI-II Tahap I, serta perjanjian-perjanjian lainnya.

                                             menurunnya pendapatan :
                                             Tidak ada

                                             d.       Perkiraan penurunan nilai pendapatan :
                                             Tidak ada
 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta       Dengan diperolehnya Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan 8 ini, maka
 material tersebut terhadap kegiatan         Perseroan mendapat dukungan untuk melakukan ekspansi
 operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,       usaha, yang berpotensi meningkatkan likuiditas dan

Informasi Lain

a. Atas jumlah fasilitas yang diperoleh berdasarkan Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan 8 ini, Perseroan menyatakan bahwa
Perseroan masih memenuhi ketentuan rasio keuangan yang diijinkan sebagaimana diatur dalam PWA SI-I Tahap I,
PWA SI-I Tahap II, PWA SI-I Tahap III, PWA SI-I Tahap IV, PWA SI-II Tahap I dan perjanjian kredit lainnya. b. Bahwa
dalam rangka memperoleh Fasilitas Kredit Term Loan 8 ini dari BANK, Perseroan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari
seluruh kreditur Perseroan sebagaimana kewajiban Perseroan yang diamanatkan dalam setiap perjanjian-perjanjian
kredit/pembiayaan. c. Informasi yang disampaikan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan informasi yang
diungkapkan Perseroan guna memenuhi ketentuan POJK 31/2015. d. Apabila terdapat perubahan atau penyesuaian
informasi atas Informasi atau Fakta Material di atas, Perseroan akan menginformasikan kembali perubahan dan/atau
penyesuaian tersebut secara resmi melalui Sistem Pelaporan Elektronik (SPE) OJK-IDX pada kesempatan pertama.

                                               Referring to the Covernote number 147/C-NT/XII/2023 dated
                                               December 28, 2023, the Company and PT Bank Mandiri
                                               (Persero) Tbk (Bank) have signed Credit Agreement (Term
                                               Loan Credit Facility 8) made before Notary Sri Hidianingsih Adi
                                               Sugijanto S.H., Notary in Jakarta, which contains the following
                                               information:

                                               1. Term Loan Credit Facility 8
                                               - Credit Limit: IDR426,000,000,000 (four hundred twenty six
                                               billion Rupiah).
                                               - Use of Fund : General Corporate Purpose for developing
                                               Company's business activities.
                                               - Period: 32 (thirty two) months from the signing of the Term
                                               Loan Credit Facility 8 including an availability period of 1 (one)
                                               month or maximum on May 11, 2026.

                                               b. Estimated additional liabilities :
                                               The acceptance of Term Loan Credit Facility 8 as referred to in
                                               this Public Disclosure resulted in the addition of the Company's
                                               obligations including the addition of financial obligations, but
                                               still within the ratio limits determined in PWA SI-I Phase I,
                                               PWA SI-I Phase II, PWA SI-I Phase III, PWA SI-I Phase IV,
                                               and PWA SI-II Phase I, as well as other agreements.

Phase II, PWA SI-I Phase III, PWA SI-I Phase IV, PWA SI-II Phase I and other credit agreements. b. In order to
obtain this Term Loan Credit Facility 8 from the BANK, the Company has obtained approval from all creditors of the
Company as mandated in every credit/financing agreements. c. The information submitted in this Public Disclosure
is information disclosed by the Company in order to comply with the provisions of POJK 31/2015. d. If there are
changes or adjustments to the information or Material Facts above, the Company will inform you of the changes
and/or adjustments officially through the OJK-IDX Electronic Reporting System (SPE) at the first opportunity.
