Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan

Perusahaan Terbuka, berikut Perseroan sampaikan rincian
transaksi:
Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia ("MPTI"), the Controlling
Shareholder, transferred shares in the context of internal
restructuring through the Negotiated Market at PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia to Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia Services
("MPTIS"). In accordance with Article 2 of the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding the
Report of Ownership or Any Change in Share Ownership of
Public Companies, the Company hereby submits the details of
