Menjadi:

83.552.719.544 (delapan puluh tiga miliar lima
ratus lima puluh dua juta tujuh ratus sembilan
belas ribu lima ratus empat puluh empat) saham,
dengan nilai nominal seluruhnya sebesar
Rp19.050.020.056.032,- (sembilan belas triliun
lima puluh miliar dua puluh juta lima puluh enam
ribu tiga puluh dua Rupiah):

Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan
modal disetor tersebut di atas adalah
sebagaimana ternyata dalam Akta No. 70 tanggal
27 Desember 2023, yang dibuat dihadapan
Notaris Ashoya Ratam, SH, MKn beserta
dokumen pendukungnya, yang telah diterima dan
dicatat dalam Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum
sebagaimana termuat dalam Penerimaan
Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar No
AHU-AH.01.03-0163418 tanggal 27 Desember
2023.
