Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material: Type of Information or Material Facts: Rencana pengambilalihan saham oleh Perseroan dari Greatwall Capital Pte. Ltd. (“GCL”) atas seluruh saham dalam PT Suntory Garuda Beverage, suatu perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, berkedudukan hukum di Jakarta Selatan (“SGB”) (selanjutnya disebut sebagai “Rencana Transaksi”). The Company's plan to acguire from Greatwall Capital Pte. Ltd. (“GCL”) all shares in PT Suntory Garuda Beverage, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in South Jakarta (“SGB”) (to be referred to as “Proposed Transaction”). 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: Description of Information or Material Pada tanggal 28 Desember 2023, Perseroan dan GCL telah menandatangani Perjanjian Penjualan dan Pembelian Saham Bersyarat (“Perjanjian”) sehubungan dengan Rencana Transaksi. Rencana Transaksi ditargetkan untuk diselesaikan pada tahun 2024, dengan tunduk pada pemenuhan persyaratan pendahuluan penyelesaian berdasarkan Perjanjian.
