Agustus 2026, PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk selaku salah satu
pemegang saham JDU, mengalihkan seluruh saham yang
dimiliki sebanyak 350 (tiga ratus lima puluh) saham kepada PT
Investasi Berjaya Sejahtera.

shareholders of JDU, transferred all of its 350 (three hundred
and fifty) shares to PT Investasi Berjaya Sejahtera.
