Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 27 Desember 2023 - PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB)
dan PT Semolis Teknologi Indonesia (STI), anak usaha PT
NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX) dan PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk
(IDX: MCAS), MCASH Group, telah sepakat untuk bekerja
sama dengan penyedia solusi energi bersih asal Malaysia,
Gentari Sdn Bhd (Gentari), melalui anak usahanya, Gentari
Green Mobility Sdn Bhd, guna mendukung ekosistem
kendaraan listrik (EV) yang berkembang di Indonesia.
Kerja sama ini akan melibatkan akuisisi oleh Gentari atas
sejumlah motor listrik Volta dan stasiun penukaran baterai
(SGB) milik ESB. Volta beroperasi sepenuhnya dengan tenaga
listrik dan didukung oleh teknologi Internet of Things (IoT)
yang canggih serta jaringan SGB yang terus berkembang
pesat. Volta dan SGB akan dioperasikan dan dicap sebagai
merek bersama oleh ESB dan STI atas nama Gentari, guna
menyediakan ekosistem EV yang ekonomis bagi pengendara
sepeda motor di Indonesia. Kerja sama antara MCASH Group
dan Gentari diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi transportasi
beremisi karbon rendah kepada pelanggan, bila dibandingkan
dengan kendaraan bertenaga bahan bakar konvensional,
sehingga mendukung mobilitas ramah lingkungan di
sepanjang Jakarta.
Melalui kerja sama ini, Gentari akan memanfaatkan
infrastruktur komprehensif MCASH Group untuk menyediakan
solusi mobilitas hijau di seluruh Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan
dengan ambisi Gentari pada tahun 2030 untuk menguasai
lebih dari 10% pangsa pasar titik pengisian daya publik dan
Layanan Kendaraan (Vehicle-as-a-Service) di sejumlah negara
kunci di Asia Pasifik. MCASH Group telah berhasil menjual
lebih dari 15.000 motor listrik Volta, mendirikan hampir 300
stasiun penukaran baterai, dan melakukan 3,7 juta kali
pertukaran baterai.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 27 December 2023 - PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB)
Facts and PT Semolis Teknologi Indonesia (STI), both subsidiaries
of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), PT M Cash Integrasi
Tbk (IDX: MCAS) group (MCASH Group), have agreed to
collaborate with Malaysian clean energy solutions provider
Gentari Sdn Bhd (Gentari) through its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Gentari Green Mobility Sdn Bhd. The companies
will work together to support the growing EV ecosystem in
Indonesia.
The collaboration will see Gentari acquiring a fleet of Volta EV
motorcycles and ESBs battery-swapping (SGB) stations. Volta
EV motorcycles operate entirely on electric power and are
supported by cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technology
and a fast-growing network of SGBs. The EVs and SGBs will
be co-branded and operated by ESB and STI on Gentaris
behalf, to provide Indonesian motorcyclists with a cost-
effective EV ecosystem. The collaboration between MCASH
Group and Gentari is expected to provide customers with a low
carbon emissions transport solution, when compared to
conventional fuel-powered vehicles, thereby supporting
environmentally-friendly operations across Jakarta.
Through this collaboration, Gentari will leverage MCASH
Groups comprehensive infrastructure to provide green mobility
solutions throughout Indonesia. This is in line with Gentaris
2030 ambitions to capture over 10% share of the public
charging points and Vehicle-as-a-Service market across key
countries in Asia Pacific. MCASH Group has already
successfully sold over 15,000 Volta motorcycles, deployed
close to 300 battery swapping stations, and conducted 3.7
million battery swaps.
Suryandy Jahja, Managing Director of MCASH, stated, With
around 125 million ICE motorcycles in Indonesia, we believe
that EV motorcycles have huge potential to grow especially
through the recent support from the government to switch to
clean energy. MCASH Groups clean energy division is
progressively increasing at a rapid rate and Gentaris strong
position with numerous partners and continuing innovation can
help us propel even further.
