2023, dibuat di hadapan Darmawan Tjoa, S.H.,M.Kn.,
Notaris di Jakarta, yang telah mendapat pengesahan oleh
Menkumham berdasarkan Surat Keputusan No.AHU-
0080102.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2023 tanggal 20 Desember
2023 dan pemberitahuannya telah diterima oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia
berdasarkan Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar LNJS dengan No. AHU-AH.01.03-
0159723 tanggal 20 Desember 2023.
Based on LNJS Deed No. 76 dated 20 December 2023,
made before Darmawan Tjoa, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in
Jakarta, which has been approved by the MOLHR based
on Decree No. AHU-0080102.AH.01.02 Year 2023 dated
20 December 2023 and which notification has been
received by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic of Indonesia pursuant to the Receipt of
Notification of Changes to the Articles of Association of
LNJS with No. AHU-AH.01.03-0159723 dated 20
December 2023.
