      Elnusa Ready to Maintain Energy Supply at Christmas and New Year,
     Prepare Excellent Fleet and Human Resources in All Operational Areas
Jakarta, 22 December 2023 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), through its subsidiary Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) has again received the
mandate to support the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 (Nataru) Task Force of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. The Nataru
Task Force will start from December 15 2023 to January 7 2024. The role of the Nataru Task Force is very important in
maintaining energy availability. It is predicted that around 43% of community movements will increase in this time period
when compared to last year. In this Task Force, EPN is taking part in supporting Pertamina Patra Niaga in distributing energy
throughout the country in order to maintain energy security.

In carrying out the duties of the 2023-2024 Nataru Task Force, EPN has prepared several things to support PT Pertamina Patra
Niaga in maintaining energy security, especially during this time period. In Operational Excellence, EPN prepares human
resources and vehicles that will operate in all operational areas. For the readiness of the Tank Car Crew (AMT) who will
operate the car, EPN has prepared 5,894 AMT. Apart from that, EPN is also preparing backup mobilization of AMT from other
locations to locations significantly affected by the Nataru task force.

In terms of Tank Car (MT) fleet readiness, a total of 1,947 units are prepared to distribute energy throughout the country.
EPN also ensures that all facilities and operational vehicle units have been calibrated and upgraded and are in good condition.
Apart from Regular Tank Cars (MT), EPN also provides 222 MT Spot Charters spread across Nataru Task Force locations.

The Tank Car Crew (AMT) serving in the 2023-2024 Nataru task force have the relevant competencies and certifications
needed to carry out their work. Training for AMT has also been carried out throughout 2023.
To ensure that the distribution of BBM/BBK runs smoothly and safely during the Task Force, the Area Distribution Control
Center Team (PKDA) operates 24 hours every day to monitor the delivery of BBM/BBK and the driving behavior of the Tank
Car Crew (AMT) in real-time. The PKDA team is spread across 6 operational areas such as Medan (Sumbagut Region),
Palembang (Sumbagsel Region), Surabaya (Jabalinus Region), Balikpapan (Kalimantan Region), Makassar (Sulawesi Region),
and Jayapura (Maluku Papua Region).

As a complement to security, the Tank Car is installed with CCTV with artificial intelligence (AI) technology and GPS Two Ways
Communication which can detect fatigue, yawning, smoking and making telephone calls by AMT. The PKDA team can
immediately intervene when there is a violation in driving behavior by AMT, by making direct contact via GPS Two Ways
Communication.

In terms of LPG supply, EPN also ensures maintaining the stability and availability of LPG in the Amurang LPG Depot operating
unit area, namely in the South Minahasa, Manado, Gorontalo and EPN SPBE and SPPBE operational unit areas such as in Bima,
West Nusa Tenggara, Plumpang DKI Jakarta, and Gunungsitoli. North Sumatra.

EPN Director of Operations and Marketing Mr. Nur Kholis said, "Everything that has been prepared is our commitment to
support Pertamina Patra Niaga to ensure the smooth supply and distribution of fuel and LPG to the public during Christmas
