                                                       BTPN is a commercial bank focusing on the corporate, pensioner, MSME, and
                                                       consumer segments. At the end of September 2023 (9M2023), its shareholders
                                                       consisted of SMBC (92.43%), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (1.02%), PT Bank Negara
                                                       Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (0.15%), treasury stock (1.13%), and the public (5.27%).
