Go To English Page Nomor Surat 48/BTEK-OJK/XII/2023 Nama Perusahaan Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk Kode Emiten BTEK Lampiran 1 Perihal Perubahan Kantor Akuntan Publik dan/atau Akuntan Publik Perubahan KAP Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 26 Juni 2023 Berdasarkan Persetujuan RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Muhammad Rizal untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Independensi AP, KAP dan Orang Dalam KAP AP, KAP dan tim audit adalah independen secara faktual dan sesuai dengan aturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) maupun Etika Profesi Akuntan Publik, yaitu tidak memiliki hubungan relasi dengan Perseroan dan tidak mempunyai benturan kepentingan baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. 2. Ruang Lingkup Audit Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelaksanaan audit secara obyektif atas laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2023 disertai dengan pernyataan pendapat mengenai kewajaran dalam penyajian laporan keuangan sesuai Standar Profesional Akuntan Publik. 3. Imbalan Jasa Audit Memperhatikan penawaran harga yang diberikan oleh KAP KANAKA PURADIREJA, SUHARTONO, menurut pandangan Komite Audit termasuk dalam nilai wajar. 4. Keahlian dan Pengalaman AP, KAP dan Tim Audit KAP KAP sebagaimana disebut di atas adalah anggota Firma of the Nexia International Network. KAP tersebut sudah mempunyai pengalaman yang cukup baik dalam mengaudit perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur baik yang sudah tercatat di pasar modal maupun yang belum. KAP telah tercatat melayani perusahaan terdaftar dengan nomor registrasi STTDKAP00034PM222017 berstatus aktif dan memenuhi syarat pasar modal dengan nomor registrasi STTDAP23PM2232021. 5. KAP KANAKA PURADIREDJA, SUHARTONO sudah mengaudit Perusahaan secara berturut-turut. Kami memandang bahwa KAP masih tetap melakukan tugasnya secara profesional dan tetap mampu menjaga independensinya selama pelaksanaan audit, namun kami menyadari bahwa penyegaran perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan manfaat dari pergantian tersebut. The Independence of AP, KAP and the Auditors AP, KAP and the audit team are factually independent and in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Professional Ethics of Public Accountants, i.e., no relationship with the Company and no direct or indirect conflicts of interest. 2. Scope of Audit The activities carried out include carrying out an objective audit of the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, accompanied by a statement of opinion regarding fairness in the presentation of Financial Statements in accordance with the Professional Standards of Public Accountants. 3. Audit Fees Considering the fees offer by KAP KANAKA PURADIREDJA, SUHARTONO, it is in the fair value in the view of the Audit Committee. 4. The Expertise and Experience of AP, KAP and KAP Audit Team The KAP is a member of the Firma of the Nexia International Network. The KAP has extensive experience in auditing companies companies engaged in manufacturing, both companies listed on the capital market and those that have not listed. The KAP has been registered to serve listed companies under registration number STTDKAP00034PM222017, active and eligible in the capital market with registration number STTDAP23PM2232021. 5. KAP KANAKA PURADIREDJA, SUHARTONO has audited the Company consecutively. We consider that the KAP is still carry out their duties professionally and remain to maintain its independence during the audit process, however we recognize that changes is necessary to benefit from the replacement.
