Beliau memiliki keahlian dalam manajemen perbendaharaan dan perdagangan (bersertifikat dalam keduanya), yang didukung oleh keahlian digital yang kuat dan paparan luas terhadap ekosistem teknologi terbesar di Indonesia. Sdr. Vincent akan segera menjalani proses uji kelayakan dan kepatutan (fit and proper test) pada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Indonesia (OJK). Setelah persetujuan dari OJK atas uji kelayakan dan kepatutan Sdr. Vincent diterbitkan, — Perusahaan — akan mengadakan rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa (RUPSLB) untuk menyetujui pengangkatan yang bersangkutan sebagai direktur utama Perusahaan. IMr. Vincent is a seasoned banker with 30 years" experience in various well-known banking institutions in Indonesia and abroad. He is an expert in treasury management and trade (certified in both), along with strong digital acumens and extensive knowledge of Indonesia's largest tech ecosystem. Mr. Vincent will undergo a fit and proper test process with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan — OJK) immediately. Once the OJK's approval of Mr. Vincent's fit and proper test is issued, the Company will hold an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders (EGMS) to approve the appointment of Mr. Vincent as the president director of the Company. Until such appointment becomes effective, the existing board of directors and management of the Company will ensure that the Company operates and conducts its business activities in the ordinary course.
