PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR ADRODRCF4B
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) pada tanggal 18
Desember 2023 tentang Jadwal Dividen Tunai Interim disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan keputusan
Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 14 Desember 2023, ADRO menyampaikan
rencana pembagian Dividen Interim untuk periode tahun buku 2023 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

P : Harga Penutupan Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang bersangkutan pada hari bursa
terakhir Underlying Waran Terstruktur tersebut diperdagangkan atas dasar cum-
entitlement.
D : Pembagian dividen per 1 (satu) Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang dimiliki.
X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
E : Rasio Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian tidak akan dilakukan apabila formula sebagaimana
tersebut di atas menghasilkan peyesuaian yang jumlahnya kurang dari 2% dari Harga Pelaksanaan
dan/atau Rasio Pelaksanaan yang diubah.

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ADRODRCF4B
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 18th December
2023, related to Schedule of Interim Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Board of Directors' decision
approved by the Board of Commissioners on the date 14th December 2023, ADRO had a plan for the
distribution of interim dividends for the fiscal year 2023, which will be paid as follows:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment will not be made if the formula as mentioned above results in
adjustment that are less than 2% of the changed Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio.
