Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material - PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) merupakan anak
perusahaan Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar
99,99% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan
persen).
- Bahwa Pemegang MTN adalah pemegang dan/atau pemilik
yang sah atas Medium Term Notes III Waskita Karya Realty
Tahun 2022 Tahap I s/d IV (MTN III WKR 2022) yang telah
diterbitkan PT Waskita Karya Realty dengan jumlah sebesar
Rp475.000.000.000,- (empat ratus tujuh puluh lima miliar
Rupiah).
- Bahwa WKR, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat
dan Banten, Tbk (BJB), dan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Jasa
(Kospin Jasa) telah :
- Menyetujui perpanjangan Jangka Waktu MTN III WKR 2022
semula 3 (tiga) tahun sejak tanggal penerbitan
menjadi 3 (tiga) tahun 9 (sembilan) bulan sejak tanggal
penerbitan;
- Menyetujui untuk penundaan pembayaran kupon MTN Tahap
I s/d IV selama 1 periode kupon (3 bulan);
- Menyetujui perubahan terhadap Perjanjian Penerbitan MTN
dan perubahan terhadap tabel lampiran
pada Perjanjian Penerbitan MTN sehubungan dengan
keputusan diatas.

Description of Material Information or - PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) is a subsidiary of the
Facts Company with 99.99% ownership.
- That the MTN Holder is the legal holder and/or owner of
Medium Term Notes III Waskita Karya Realty Year 2022
Phase I to IV (MTN III WKR 2022) which have been issued by
PT Waskita Karya Realty in the amount of IDR
475,000,000,000,-.
- That WKR, PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat, Tbk
(BJB), and Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Jasa (Kospin Jasa) have:
- Approved the extension of the MTN III WKR 2022 Term,
originally 3 (three) years from the date of issuance
to be 3 (three) years 9 (nine) months from the date of
publication;
- Agree to postpone the payment of MTN Phase I to IV
coupons for 1 coupon period (3 months);
- Approve changes to the MTN Issuance Agreement and
changes to the attached table
on the MTN Issuance Agreement in connection with the above
decision.
