ANNOUNCEMENT
TO BONDHOLDERS OF BANK BTPN SHELF REGISTRY
BONDS IV PHASE I YEAR 2019
PT Bank Mega Tbk, having domiciled at the Jakarta Selatan, acting in this case as Trustee for the
Bank BTPN Shelf Registry Bonds IV Phase I Year 2019 (“Bond”) issued by PT BANK BTPN Tbk,
having domiciled in Jakarta Selatan, as an Issuer, in accordance with the Trustee Agreement of
Bank BTPN Shelf Registry Bonds IV Phase I Year 2019, as set forth in the deed No. 24, dated 11
September 2019, made before Ashoya Ratam, S.H., M.Kn., Public Notary in Jakarta Selatan, along
with its amendments (“Trustee Agreement”), hereby announce to the Bondholders on the plan to
hold the General Meeting of Bondholder of Bank BTPN Shelf Registry Bonds IV Bank BTPN Phase I
Year 2019 (“GMOB”) in Jakarta, on Wednesday, dated 17 January 2024.
In accordance with the provisions of the Trustee Agreement and Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 20/POJK.04/2020 in regards to the Debt Securities of Trusteeship Contracts and/or
Sukuk, the summons for the GMOB will be published in 1 (one) daily Indonesian newspaper on
Wednesday, dated 3 January 2024.
