Pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan keterbukaan informasi kepada Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan melalui Surat Nomor 096/CORP/9981/VIII/23 tertanggal 9 Agustus 2023
(“Keterbukaan Informasi 9 Agustus 2023”), yang memberitahukan penandatanganan
Perjanjian Pengambilan Bagian (“SSA”) oleh perusahaan terkendali Perseroan, PT Energia
Prima Nusantara (“EPN”) dengan PT Supreme Energy (“SE”) dan PT Supreme Energy Sriwijaya
(“SES”) terkait rencana pengambilan bagian saham-saham baru dalam SES sebanyak 680.000
saham baru atau setara dengan 40,476% dari total saham yang dikeluarkan oleh SES kepada
EPN dengan total nilai keseluruhan sebesar US$42.329.801 atau setara dengan
Rp634.947.012.000 (“Rencana Pengambilbagian”).
On 9 August 2023, the Company has made disclosure information to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
through a Letter Number dated 096/CORP/9981/VIII/23 dated 9 August 2023 (“Disclosure
Information 9 August 2023”) informing signing of a Subscription Agreement (“SSA”) by a
controlled company of the Company, PT Energia Prima Nusantara (“EPN”) with PT Supreme
Energy (“SE”) and PT Supreme Energy Sriwijaya (“SES”) in connection with subscription plan of
new shares in SES with a total of 680,000 new shares or equivalent to 40.476% of the total shares

issued by SES to EPN with a total value of US$42,329,801 or equivalent to Rp634,947,012,000
(“Subscription Plan”).
Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa pada tanggal 18 Desember 2023, EPN telah
menandatangani amandemen terhadap SSA dengan SE dan SES terkait dengan perubahan
Rencana Pengambilbagian (“Amandemen SSA”). Berdasarkan Amandemen SSA, EPN
berencana akan mengambil bagian saham-saham baru dalam SES sebanyak 984.127 lembar
saham baru atau setara dengan 49,6% dari total saham yang dikeluarkan oleh SES kepada EPN
dengan total nilai keseluruhan sebesar US$51.871.680 atau setara dengan Rp804.011.040.000
(“Rencana Perubahan Pengambilbagian”). Nilai keseluruhan atas Rencana Perubahan
Pengambilbagian tersebut dapat berubah pada saat penutupan transaksi dikarenakan adanya
penyesuaian atas posisi laporan keuangan saat penutupan transaksi.
The Company hereby informs that on 18 December 2023, EPN entered into an amendment of
SSA with SE and SES to amend the Subscription Plan (“Amendment of SSA”). Based on the
Amendment of SSA, EPN will subscribe for new shares in SES with a total of 984,127 new shares
or equivalent to 49.6% of the total shares issued by SES to EPN with a total value of
US$51,871,680 or equivalent to Rp804,011,040,000 (“Amended Subscription Plan”). The total
value of the Amended Subscription Plan may change at the closing of the transaction due to
adjustments of financial positions at the closing date.
