Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 18 Desember 2023, Perseroan menandatangani
perjanjian fasilitas pinjaman dengan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk
dengan plafon sampai dengan sebesar USD197.000.000
(seratus sembilan puluh tujuh juta Dolar Amerika Serikat).
Fasilitas pinjaman ini dijamin antara lain dengan aset
Perseroan.
Fasilitas pinjaman ini rencananya akan digunakan untuk
membiayai keperluan umum, termasuk untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan modal kerja Perseroan dan entitas anak.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penerimaan fasilitas pinjaman ini dapat menyebabkan rasio
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hutang terhadap ekuitas Perseroan meningkat hingga sebesar
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 12,40%.

Description of Material Information or On December 18, 2023, the Company signed a loan facility
Facts agreement with PT Bank Central Asia Tbk with a limit of up to
USD197,000,000 (one hundred ninety-seven million United
States Dollars). This loan facility is secured by, among others,
assets owned by the Company.
This loan facility is planned to be used to finance general
corporate purposes, including to accommodate the working
capital needs of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Impact of event, material information or The receipt of this loan facility may cause the Company's debt-
facts towards Issuers or Public to-equity ratio to increase by up to 12.40%.
