According to the information that the Company
received from Digital Edge (Hong Kong) Ltd and Digital
Edge (HK) SPVI Limited, there has been a purchase
transaction of 666,682,500 shares of the Company's
shares by Digital Edge (HK) SPVI Limited.
Digital Edge (HK) SPVI Limited merupakan perusahaan
yang kepemilikan sahamnya seluruhnya dimiliki oleh
Digital Edge (Hong Kong) Ltd (pemegang saham
pengendali Perseroan) sehingga, setelah dilakukannya
transaksi yang disebutkan di atas, Digital Edge (Hong
Kong) Ltd (pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan)
memiliki secara langsung dan tidak langsung sejumlah
1.860.651.500 lembar saham Perseroan yang
merupakan 92,10% kepemilikan saham dalam
Perseroan / Digital Edge (HK) SPVI Limited is a company
wholly owned by Digital Edge (Hong Kong) Ltd (the
controlling shareholder of the Company). Hence, after
the completion of the transaction mentioned above,
Digital Edge (Hong Kong) Ltd (the controlling
shareholder of the Company) owns directly and
indirectly a total of 1,860,651,500 shares of the
Company representing 92.10% shareholding in the
Company.
