Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa sebelumnya pada tanggal 29 Desember 2022 Greylag
Goose Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company dan
Greylag Goose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company
(secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai "Greylag Entities")
telah mengajukan upaya banding atas Putusan Judicial
Liquidation yang diputus oleh Paris Commercial Court pada
tanggal 25 November 2022.
Lebih lanjut pada tanggal 14 Desember 2023, Paris Court of
Appeal telah memberikan putusan yang pada intinya menolak
upaya banding yang diajukan dan memerintahkan Greylag
Entities untuk membayar biaya perkara pada tingkat pertama
dan banding serta membayar GIHF pada masing-masing
perkara sebesar EUR30,000.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak langsung terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan, Perseroan memastikan bahwa seluruh
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional berjalan dengan normal.

Description of Material Information or Whereas previously, on 29 December 2022 Greylag Goose
Facts Leasing 1410 Designated Activity Company and Greylag
GOose Leasing 1446 Designated Activity Company
(collectively reffered to as the "Greylag Entities") had proposed
and appeal againts the Judicial Liquidation Decision decided
by the Paris Commercial Court on 25 November 2022.
Furthermore, on 14 December 2023, the Paris Court of Appeal
rendered its decision which essentially dismissing the appeal
and ordering Greylag Entities to pay the costs of the case at
first instance and on appeal and to pay GIHFEUR30,000 in
each case.
