Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 5 April 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), perusahaan
jasa energi terintegrasi, menegaskan komitmennya untuk
bertransformasi menjadi low-cost operator hulu minyak dan
gas bumi kelas dunia dalam menghadapi dinamika industri
migas yang semakin menantang di tahun 2026.
Direktur Utama Elnusa, Litta Ariesca, menyampaikan bahwa
strategi ini difokuskan pada pengembangan lapangan marginal
melalui pendekatan efisiensi berbasis teknologi dan inovasi.
"Ke depan, kami akan fokus sebagai low-cost operator untuk
menggarap lapangan marginal. Kami menargetkan kegiatan
operasi bisa 15% hingga 20%, bahkan mencapai 25% lebih
efisien dibandingkan operasi migas saat ini," ujar Litta Ariesca.
Langkah strategis ini sekaligus menjadi respons atas volatilitas
harga minyak dunia, dinamika geopolitik global, serta
dukungan terhadap target pemerintah dalam mencapai
produksi nasional sebesar 1 juta barel minyak per hari (BOPD)
dan 12 miliar standar kaki kubik gas per hari (BSCFPD).
Sejalan dengan arah transformasi tersebut, Elnusa
mengusung tema besar tahun 2026, "Rediscover Technology
and Innovation Age", yang menekankan pentingnya
pemanfaatan teknologi secara adaptif dan penguatan mindset
inovatif di seluruh lini organisasi.
"Transformasi ini bukan hanya soal menghadirkan teknologi
baru, tetapi bagaimana membangun ekosistem kerja di mana
setiap Perwira Elnusa mampu berpikir lebih cepat, lebih aman,
dan lebih efisien dalam menjalankan operasional," tambah
Litta.
Dalam mendukung implementasi strategi tersebut, Elnusa
terus memperkuat kapabilitas layanan hulu migas yang
mencakup ekosistem terintegrasi mulai dari geoscience, survei
seismik, pengeboran, hingga optimasi lapangan eksisting.
Perseroan juga aktif menjalin sinergi dengan entitas Pertamina
Group, termasuk Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) dan Pertamina
Technology, Innovation & Infrastructure (TI&I).
Salah satu inovasi yang dikembangkan adalah teknologi
vibroseis untuk Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) serta
penggunaan alat Inline Inspection (ILI) guna memastikan
keandalan jaringan pipa migas nasional sepanjang lebih dari
21.000 km. "Melalui teknologi ILI, kami dapat melakukan
deteksi dini terhadap kondisi pipa, sehingga tindakan
pemeliharaan dapat dilakukan secara tepat waktu sebelum
terjadi potensi kebocoran," jelas Litta.
Selain memperkuat bisnis inti, Elnusa juga terus mendorong
diversifikasi usaha, termasuk pengembangan jasa survei
seismik untuk sektor non-migas serta ekspansi pasar
internasional melalui pengiriman Oil Country Tubular Goods
(OCTG), termasuk ke Aljazair.
"Keberhasilan ini merupakan hasil dari penerapan prinsip
operational excellence dan integrasi end-to-end di seluruh lini
bisnis. Ke depan, kami akan terus meng-upgrade teknologi
untuk memberikan kontribusi optimal terhadap target produksi
nasional sekaligus menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis," tutup Litta.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, April 5, 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), an integrated
Facts energy services company, reaffirms its commitment to
transforming into a world-class low-cost operator in the
upstream oil and gas sector, in response to the increasingly
challenging dynamics of the oil and gas industry in 2026.
President Director of Elnusa, Litta Ariesca, stated that this
strategy is focused on the development of marginal fields
through a technology-driven and innovation-based efficiency
approach.
"Going forward, we will focus on becoming a low-cost operator
to develop marginal fields. We are targeting operational
efficiency improvements of 15% to 20%, and even up to more
than 25% compared to current oil and gas operations," said
Litta Ariesca.
This strategic move also serves as a response to global oil
price volatility, geopolitical dynamics, and support for the
government's target to achieve national production of 1 million
barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and 12 billion standard cubic feet
of gas per day (BSCFPD).
In line with this transformation direction, Elnusa has adopted
its 2026 theme, "Rediscover Technology and Innovation Age,"
emphasizing the importance of adaptive technology utilization
and strengthening an innovative mindset across all
organizational lines. "This transformation is not merely about
introducing new technologies, but about building a working
ecosystem where every Elnusa personnel is to think faster,
safer, and more efficiently in carrying out operations," Litta
added.
To support the implementation of this strategy, Elnusa
continues to strengthen its upstream oil and gas service
capabilities, encompassing an integrated ecosystem ranging
from geoscience, seismic surveys, drilling, to the optimization
of existing fields. The Company is also actively fostering
synergy with Pertamina Group entities, including Pertamina
Hulu Energi (PHE) and Pertamina Technology, Innovation &
Infrastructure (TI&I).
One of the innovations being developed is vibroseis
technology for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), as well as the
utilization of Inline Inspection (ILI) tools to ensure the reliability
of the national oil and gas pipeline network spanning more
than 21,000 km. "Through ILI technology, we are able to
perform early detection of pipeline conditions, enabling timely
maintenance actions before potential leaks occur," Litta
explained.
In addition to strengthening its core business, Elnusa
continues to drive business diversification, including the
development of seismic survey services for non-oil and gas
sectors and expanding into international markets through the
export of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), including to
Algeria.
"This achievement is the result of implementing operational
excellence principles and end-to-end integration across all
business lines. Moving forward, we will continue to upgrade
our technology to optimally contribute to national production
targets while maintaining business sustainability," Litta
concluded.
