by Providing Pre-emptive Rights IV ("PMHMETD IV") through the website of the provider PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI"), the website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange ("IDX")
and the Company's website which was published on December 4, 2023 ("PMHMETD IV Information
Disclosure"), we hereby inform you that the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders ("EGMS") which was originally written as January 10, 2024 has been adjusted to
become the date January 25, 2024.
Other information in the PMHMETD Information Disclosure has not changed.
Thus we convey this information.
