Sehubungan dengan hal ini, kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan sebagaimana biasa dan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
