Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Medan, 17 Desember 2023, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
melaksanakan launching layanan Click To Call pada aplikasi
Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk para
Pekerja Migran Indonesia ("PMI"), yang dihadiri langsung oleh
Direktur Pelayanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Roswita
Nilakurnia, Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Sumut, Abdul Haris
Lubis dan ratusan calon PMI yang akan berangkat ke luar
negeri dalam waktu dekat ini. Dalam peresmian layanan Click
To Call pada aplikasi JMO tersebut. juga disosialisasikan
Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 4 Tahun 2023,
terutama terkait Jaminan Sosial Pekerja Migran Indonesia.
Layanan Click To Call pada aplikasi JMO ini merupakan
inovasi dan pengembangan aplikasi layanan Omni Channel
Contact Center PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. (JASNITA) yang
sepenuhnya dikembangkan oleh anak bangsa. Hal ini
membuktikan kecanggihan dan kemajuan layanan
Omnichannel Contact Center JASNITA.
Dengan layanan Click To Call dalam aplikasi JMO, semakin
memudahkan para peserta BPJS Ketenagarkerjaan terutama
para pekerja Migran untuk melakukan panggilan dan diterima
langsung oleh petugas Call Center BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di
Indonesia melalui jaringan internet (Voice over IP atau VoIP)
tanpa dikenakan biaya percakapan kepada pemanggil.
Dengan implementasi layanan Click To Call pada aplikasi
JMO, memberikan manfaat-manfaat antara lain sebagai
berikut :
1. Efisiensi biaya, para peserta tidak perlu pusing memikirkan
besarnya biaya percakapan yang harus dibayar ketika
menghubungi petugas Call Center
2. Kemudahan komunikasi, jarena memungkinkan peserta
dapat menghubungi petugas Call Center dengan cepat dan
mudah hanya dengan menekan tombol Click To Call, tanpa
perlu mengetik nomor telepon secara manual
3. Kecepatan respom, memungkinkan call center merespon
panggilan dengan cepat dan memberikan layanan kepada
peserta dengan lebih baik
4. Peningkatan produktivitas, mengurangi waktu yang
dihabiskan oleh peserta untuk mencari nomor telepon,
sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas peserta dalam
melakukan kegiatannya.

Description of Material Information or Medan, 17 December 2023, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan launched
Facts the Click to Call service on the JAMSOSTEK Mobile (JMO)
application for Indonesian Migrant Workers ("PMI"), which was
attended directly by the Director Services of BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan, Roswita Nilakurnia, Head of the North
Sumatra Employment Service, Abdul Haris Lubis and
hundreds of PMI candidates who will go abroad in the near
future. During the inauguration of the Click To Call service on
the JMO application, also socialized Regulation Number 4 /
2023 from Minister of Manpower, especially regarding Social
Security for Indonesian Migrant Workers.
The Click to Call service on the JMO application is an
innovation and development of the PT Jasnita Telekomindo,
Tbk (JASNITA) Omni Channel Contact Center service
application which was fully developed by the nation's children.
This proves the sophistication and progress of JASNITA's
Omni Channel Contact Center service.
With the Click To Call service in the JMO application, it makes
it easier for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, especially
Migrant Workers, to make calls and be received directly by
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Call Center officers in Indonesia via
the internet network (Voice over IP or VoIP) without being
charged the conversation fee to the caller.
By implementing the Click To Call service on the JMO
application, it provides benefits, including the following:
1. Cost efficiency, participants don't need to worry about
how much conversation fees they have to pay when contacting
call center officer.
2. Ease of communication, because it allows
participants to contact call center officers quickly and easily
just by pressing the Click to Call button, without the need to
type telephone numbers manually.
3. Speed of response, allows the call center to respond
the calls quickly and provide better service to participants.
4. Increased productivity, reducing the time spent by
participants looking for telephone numbers, thereby increasing
participant productivity in carrying out their activities.
