PRESS RELEASE

RAAM'S INCLUSION IN THE FTSE INDEX AND SHARIAH-COMPLIANT SECURITIES LIST,
                        AND OPTIMIZATION OF DIGITAL SALES

Jakarta, December 18, 2023 – RAAM has officially entered The Financial Times Stock Exchange
(FTSE) Global Equity Index under the micro-cap category. FTSE is one of the world's largest global
indexes, serving as an innovative benchmark and providing analysis and data solutions for
investors worldwide for over 30 years.
Stocks meeting the criteria for inclusion in the FTSE index have strong fundamentals and liquidity,
making them a consideration for investors looking to allocate their assets into companies
included in the index. This is reflected in RAAM's performance as one of the largest production
houses in Indonesia. The company recorded a net profit of Rp51 billion at the end of the third
quarter of 2023. With the release of the horror movie "Di Ambang Kematian," which has
surpassed 3.3 million viewers, the company is optimistic that for FY 2023 the Company can
achieve net profit of Rp100 billion.
With technological advancements, movie sales are not limited to theatrical screenings but also
extend to digital platforms, enabling the monetization of copyrights through OTT platforms when
movies are no longer shown in theaters. Digital revenue contributes significantly, accounting for
approximately 15% of the total revenue in 9M2023.
Considering the positive growth prospects of the company and the film industry, which has
become one of the most attractive and dynamic entertainment sectors, it's no surprise that FTSE
has chosen RAAM to be part of its portfolio. Backed by strong and promising fundamentals,
RAAM is expected to attract more investors. As a reminder, this quarterly review change will take
effect on today, Monday, December 18, 2023.
In addition to joining the FTSE index, RAAM's shares have also been re-designated by the OJK as
shares meeting the criteria for Sharia Securities, as in previous periods. As known, the OJK issues
the Sharia Securities List (DES) periodically twice a year. The DES established by the OJK serves as
a reference for entities issuing Sharia securities indexes domestically, investment managers
handling Sharia investment portfolios domestically, securities companies with Sharia online
trading systems, and other parties involved in the preparation and/or management of Sharia
investment security portfolios.
