Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan berakhirnya/ diterminasinya kontrak Jasa
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Penambangan Batubara antara PT Ricobana Abadi (entitas
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, anak) dengan PT Berau Coal maka berdampak terhadap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau performance keuangan Perseroan dimana atas terminasi
Perusahaan Publik tersebut berakibat pada tidak adanya pendapatan yang dapat
dicatat Perseroan selama entitas anak belum memperoleh
kontrak pengganti, atas hal ini tidak berdampak secara hukum,
namun berdampak pada kegiatan operasional yang harus
berhenti efektif di 2 Januari 2024. Kelangsungan usaha emiten
akan tergantung pada kemampuan entitas anak untuk dapat
memperoleh kontrak pengganti.
