dipusatkan di Hotel Swiss-belexpress Rest Area KM 164B dan
diresmikan langsung oleh Menteri Pariwisata & Ekonomi
Kreatif RI Bpk. Sandiaga Uno serta Jajaran Pemkab
Majalengka. Swiss-belexpress Rest Area KM 166 & KM 164
merupakan kerja sama antara PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk
sebagai investor dan PT Wirani Sons selaku pemilik /
pengelola rest area, serta PT Swiss-belhotel International
Indonesia yang telah ditunjuk sebagai operator / pengelola
hotel.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1. Terhadap kegiatan operasional = Dengan pengoperasian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dan pengelolaan Hotel dibawah Manajemen dan nama besar
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Swiss-Belhotel bisa memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau meningkatkan okupansi Swiss-belexpress Hotel Km. 166 &
Perusahaan Publik Km. 164
2. Terhadap kegiatan hukum = Legalitas dan Perizinan
sehubungan dengan bangunan dan operasional untuk kedua
hotel swiss-belexpress baik yang berlokasi di Km. 166 maupun
Km. 164 telah terdaftar
3. Terhadap Kondisi Keuangan = Dengan adanya peningkatan
okupansi, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan
pendapatan hotel.
4. Terhadap Kelangsungan Usaha Emiten = Sebagai salah
satu unit usaha emiten, Swiss-belexpress Rest Area Km. 166
& Km. 164 Tol Cipali akan meningkatkan pendapatan dan aset
PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk

Description of Material Information or The official grand opening ceremony of Swiss-belexpress Rest
Facts Area Hotel Km. 166 & Km. 164 Cipali, Majalengka toll road
section. The official opening ceremonial event was centred at
the Swiss-belexpress Rest Area KM 164B Hotel and was
inaugurated directly by the Indonesian Minister of Tourism &
Creative Economy Mr Sandiaga Uno and the Majalengka
Regency Government. Swiss-belexpress Rest Area KM 166 &
KM 164 is a collaboration between PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk
as the investor and PT Wirani Sons as the owner / manager of
the rest area, as well as PT Swiss-belhotel International
Indonesia which has been appointed as the hotel operator /
managerial.
Impact of event, material information or 1. For Opeational Activities = By operating and managing
facts towards Issuers or Public Hotels under the Management and big name of Swiss-Belhotel
