Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Perseroan telah menandatangani Cooperation
Agreement dengan CRRC Qiqihar untuk mengeksplorasi
peluang kerja sama dalam pengembangan, manufaktur,
integrasi, dan penyediaan sarana perkeretaapian di Indonesia.
2. Ruang lingkup kerja sama meliputi antara lain
gerbong barang, railway crane, rolling stock lainnya, serta
pengembangan pelatihan bagi PT Kereta Api Indonesia
(Persero) dan/atau pelanggan potensial lainnya.
3. Dalam kerja sama tersebut, CRRC Qiqihar berperan
dalam aspek desain teknis dan manufaktur, sedangkan
Perseroan berperan dalam riset logistik lokal, perencanaan
rantai pasok, integrasi sumber daya proyek, serta
pengembangan mitra industri nasional.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kejadian tersebut adalah meningkatkan potensi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pendapatan Perseroan dari jasa logistik, project logistics,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, transportasi, pergudangan, customs clearance, heavy lifting,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dan jasa terkait lainnya

Description of Material Information or 1. The Company has signed a Cooperation Agreement with
Facts CRRC Qiqihar to explore opportunities for
cooperation in the development, manufacturing, integration,
and supply of railway equipment in Indonesia.
2.The scope of the cooperation includes, among other things,
freight cars, railway cranes, other rolling stock,
as well as the development of training programs for PT
Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and/or other
potential customers.
3. In this collaboration, CRRC Qiqihar will be responsible for
technical design and manufacturing, while the
Company will focus on local logistics research, supply chain
planning, project resource integration, and the
development of national industry partners.
