     Encouraging Employee Competency, Elnusa Holds Controller Academy
Jakarta, 15 December 2023 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA), a leading energy services company that provides total solutions, held a Controller Academy
Sharing from The Leader on (14/12) in the Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa. Through the Controller Division, Elnusa is holding a program that started as a
breakthrough to increase financial competency for Elnusa officers at every level.

This event presented the Finance Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Subholding Upstream Pertamina, Harry M. Zen as a speaker who explained the
2024 RKAP of Subholding Upstream (SHU) Pertamina and the opportunities that could be achieved by Elnusa. Also present were Elnusa Finance Director
Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, Management of Elnusa & Subsidiaries and Elnusa Officers.

This program started from an activity, namely the Rookie Stars Academy, which provides an introduction to design thinking, SWOT analysis and initiatives
to develop an innovative idea. After successfully holding the Rookie Star Academy from 16 August to 21 November 2023, the program was continued at a
higher level, namely the Controller Academy.

This activity has three class stages, namely the Fundamental Class which provides provision regarding Elnusa's footsteps as a Company, Product Knowledge,
Strengthening understanding of the work cycle in the Controller Division. Then the Intermediate Class, accelerates leadership and problem solving skills and
ensures that at the senior analyst and manager level they have adequate certification. Next is the Advance Class which forms potential leaders in the
Controller Division who have a vision for the future.

In his speech, Elnusa Finance Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja said that in the Controller Academy Program, Management targets Elnusa officers to deepen
their knowledge regarding business processes, risks in Controller work, as well as the provisions/regulations that must be fulfilled. "Competency at the
senior level is very necessary to be able to improve the quality of data and information produced for consideration of decision making by the Company's
Management and Directors," said Bachtiar.

"Through these upskilling programs, it is hoped that Elnusa will have high quality human resources who can also become contributors to Elnusa workers for
Upstream, Regional and other Pertamina Group subholdings. "I hope that this program can be implemented sustainably and become an inspiration for other
functions to improve the quality of human resources in their respective areas." Bachtiar explained.

On the same occasion, the Finance Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi as Subholding Upstream Pertamina, Harry M. Zen expressed his praise for the
tagline of this program, namely Controller Academy, keep learning keep growing for a more advanced Elnusa. “Learn first while growing, that's the top
motto. "This is a good program and event and can be applied not only to the Controller but also to all financial functions in Pertamina's Upstream
Subholding," said Harry.

"I am sharing Pertamina Upstream Subholding work programs that can be carried out by Elnusa. "The Elnusa Controller Team needs to understand this,
because these jobs have relatively high profit margins which can help Elnusa increase its profit margin," added Harry.

The Controller Academy program also provides several classes on finance such as Financial Report Analysis, Accounting for Inventory and Accounting for
Fixed Assets. Through this Controller Academy, all Elnusa officers involved are expected to be able to prepare teamwork with adequate competence and
answer all future challenges that are more dynamic.
