Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 14 Desember 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk meraih
penghargaan di ajang Anugerah CSR IDX Channel 2023.
Penghargaan ini diperoleh atas keberhasilan program
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 'Desa Energi Berdikari
Elnusa Sumengko di Kalitidu, Bojonegoro' dalam kategori
Economic Development Initiative. Acara penganugerahan ini
dilaksanakan pada tanggal (13/12) di Main Hall - Bursa Efek
Indonesia - Gedung Bursa Efek Indonesia, Jakarta. Pada
kesempatan tersebut, hadir dalam penganugerahan Direktur
SDM & Umum Elnusa, Hera Handayani.
Anugerah CSR IDX Channel 2023 merupakan bagian dari
apresiasi terhadap CSR dan bekerja sama dengan sejumlah
asosiasi CSR terkemuka nasional lainnya. Acara ini
mengusung tema 'Enhancing CSR Strategy to Drive Impactful
Transformation' yang diambil oleh IDX Channel menjadi pusat
perhatian dalam memberikan apresiasi kepada perusahaan-
perusahaan yang menjalankan inisiatif CSR yang berdampak
kepada bisnis, masyarakat, dan lingkungan di masa perbaikan
ekonomi.
Objektif dari penganugerahan ini mencakup memberikan
apresiasi kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang mengadopsi
dan mempraktikkan CSR secara baik, efektif, dan inovatif di
Indonesia. Selain itu, ajang ini bertujuan untuk mendorong
secara masif adopsi CSR yang lebih efektif, strategis, dan
inovatif kepada perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia. Lebih
lanjut, penganugerahan ini diharapkan dapat merajut jejaring
dari insan-insan perusahaan Indonesia, sehingga terbangun
suatu usaha bersama untuk saling menguatkan dalam
meningkatkan program CSR di Indonesia.
Direktur SDM & Umum Elnusa Hera Handayani dalam
kesempatan tersebut menyampaikan, 'Penghargaan ini adalah
hasil dari kolaborasi yang erat antara Elnusa dan masyarakat
Desa Sumengko. Kami bersyukur atas keberhasilan program
CSR 'Desa Energi Berdikari Elnusa Sumengko' yang telah
memberikan dampak positif bagi pembangunan ekonomi di
tingkat lokal. Ini merupakan bukti komitmen kami dalam
mendukung kesejahteraan dan Keberlanjutan masyarakat dan
memberikan kontribusi nyata untuk pembangunan
berkelanjutan di Indonesia.'
Hera menambahkan, 'Saya mewakili perwira Elnusa

pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan Anugerah CSR

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 14 December 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk won an award at
Facts the 2023 IDX Channel CSR Award. This award was obtained
for the success of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
program 'Elnusa Sumengko Independent Energy Village in
Kalitidu, Bojonegoro' in the Economic Development Initiative
category. This awarding ceremony was held on (13/12) at the
Main Hall - Indonesian Stock Exchange - Indonesian Stock
Exchange Building, Jakarta. On this occasion, Elnusa's HR &
General Director, Hera Handayani, was present at the
awarding ceremony.
The IDX Channel 2023 CSR Award is part of appreciation for
CSR and collaboration with a number of other leading national
CSR associations. This event carries the theme 'Enhancing
CSR Strategy to Drive Impactful Transformation' which was
taken by IDX Channel to be the center of attention in giving
appreciation to companies that carry out CSR initiatives that
have an impact on business, society and the environment in
times of economic improvement.
The objectives of this award include giving appreciation to
companies that adopt and practice CSR well, effectively and
innovatively in Indonesia. Apart from that, this event aims to
massively encourage the adoption of more effective, strategic
and innovative CSR among companies in Indonesia.
Furthermore, it is hoped that this award will be able to knit
together a network of Indonesian company people, so that a
joint effort can be built to strengthen each other in improving
CSR programs in Indonesia.

Handayani on this occasion said, 'This award is the result of
close collaboration between Elnusa and the people of
Sumengko Village. We are grateful for the success of the CSR
program 'Elnusa Sumengko Independent Energy Village' which
has had a positive impact on economic development in local
level. This is proof of our commitment to supporting community
welfare and sustainability and making a real contribution to
sustainable development in Indonesia.'
Hera added, 'On behalf of Elnusa officers, I would like to thank
the IDX Channel and all parties involved in organizing the
2023 CSR Award. This success motivates Elnusa to continue
to innovate and contribute positively to sustainable
development in Indonesia,' concluded Hera.
