pengunduran diri Bapak Ruben Partogi selaku Direktur dan
Corporate Secretary yang terhitung efektif sejak tanggal 14
Desember 2023. Terkait dengan pengunduran diri tersebut
akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perseroan yang waktunya akan kami sampaikan lebih lanjut.

Corporate Secretary, we hereby inform you that we,
PT LCK Global Kedaton Tbk. (the "Company") has
received a resignation letter from Mr. Ruben Partogi
as Director and Corporate Secreatry of the Company
effective December 14, 2023. Regarding the
resignation request, a decision will be made at the
Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, the time
of which we will provide further information.
