Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan melakukan penyesuaian proyeksi pendapatan
tahun 2023 dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah aktual yang
diterima dari pelaksanaan Konversi Waran Seri I yang berakhir
pada 6 Oktober 2023 dan penyesuaian rencana fund-raising di
entitas anak Perseroan. Total pelaksanaan Konversi Waran
Seri I Perseroan adalah sebanyak 19.463.394 (sembilan belas
juta empat ratus enam puluh tiga ribu tiga ratus sembilan
puluh empat) waran dengan jumlah dana yang diterima
sebesar 3,7 miliar Rupiah yang mewakili 2,5% dari total
pelaksanaan Konversi Waran Seri I sebanyak 771.239.700
(tujuh ratus tujuh puluh satu juta dua ratus tiga puluh sembilan
ribu tujuh ratus) waran. Selain itu, manajemen juga melakukan
ekstensi atas rencana fund-raising di entitas anak Perseroan
menjadi hingga akhir tahun 2024 dari yang sebelumnya
ditargetkan pada tahun 2023 serta menyesuaikan rencana
pertumbuhan berdasarkan cadangan arus kas internal serta
arus kas dari hasil operasi.
Dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor di atas,
manajemen turut menyesuaikan rencana belanja modal dan
target pertumbuhan bisnis Perseroan serta menyempurnakan
rencana strategis jangka panjang Perseroan. Penyempurnaan
tersebut merupakan salah satu realisasi manajemen dalam
mewujudkan komitmen terhadap pertumbuhan berkelanjutan
dan berkesinambungan.
Penyesuaian proyeksi pendapatan sebagaimana diuraikan di
atas adalah sekitar 60% dari target yang telah Perseroan
sampaikan sebelumnya. Proyeksi pendapatan yang
disesuaikan ini tetap mencerminkan tingkat pertumbuhan
pendapatan yang signifikan yaitu sebesar 45-50%
dibandingkan dengan pendapatan pada tahun 2022.
Pertumbuhan tersebut juga mendorong peningkatan laba
operasi dan laba bersih Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak kejadian terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

Submission of Adjustment of The Company's Financial
Type of Material Information or Facts Projection Year 2023 of PT WIR ASIA Tbk (the Company)
Description of Material Information or The Company has adjusted its revenue projections for the year
Facts 2023, taking into consideration the actual amount received
from the implementation of the Series I Warrant Conversion,
which concluded on October 6, 2023, and the adjustment of
fundraising plans in the Company's subsidiary. The total
implementation of the Company's Series I Warrant Conversion
amounted to 19,463,394 (nineteen million four hundred sixty-
three thousand three hundred ninety-four) warrants, with the
funds received totaling 3.7 billion Rupiah, representing 2.5% of
the total Series I Warrant Conversion implementation of
771,239,700 (seven hundred seventy-one million two hundred
thirty-nine thousand seven hundred) warrants. Additionally,
management has also extended the fundraising plan in the
Company's subsidiary until the end of 2024, which was
originally targeted for 2023, and adjusted the growth plan
based on internal cash flow reserves and cash flow from
operations.
Considering the factors mentioned above, management has
also adjusted the capital expenditure plan and business growth
targets of the Company, refining the long-term strategic plan.
These refinements are a manifestation of management's
commitment to achieving sustainable and continuous growth.
The adjusted revenue projection outlined above is
approximately 60% of the previously communicated target.
This adjusted revenue projection still reflects a significant
growth rate of 45-50% compared to the revenue in 2022. This
growth also drives an increase in the Company's operating
profit and net income.
