Perkara 116 terkait gugatan wanprestasi yang
diajukan oleh Parbulk II AS (“Penggugat”)
melawan Perseroan (“Tergugat”) telah diputuskan
dan disampaikan melalui e-court Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Selatan pada tanggal 12 Desember 2023,
dengan amar putusan dalam pokok perkara:
1. Menyatakan gugatan Penggugat tidak dapat
diterima (Niet Onvankelijke Verklaard):
Menghukum Penggugat untuk membayar biaya
perkara sejumlah Rp712.000,00 (tujuh ratus
dua belas ribu rupiah)

Perseroan belum menerima salinan putusan resmi
terkait dengan Perkara.
The Case 116 related to default claims filed by
Parbulk II AS ("Plaintiff") against the Company
("Defendant") has been decided and submitted
through the e-court of the South Jakarta District
Court on December 12, 2023, with the verdict in the
main case:
I. Declare the Claimant's claim inadmissible
(Niet Onvankelijke Verklaard),
2. Punish the Claimant to pay court costs in the
amount of Rp712,000.00 (seven hundred twelve
thousand rupiah).
The Company has not received a copy of the official
decision related to the Case
