Mengacu pada Pasal 43B Peraturan OJK With reference to Article 43B of OJK Regulation number
No.14/POJK.04/2019, dengan ini Perseroan 14/POJK.04/2019, the Company hereby announces the
memberitahukan dan mengumumkan Hasil Pelaksanaan Result of MESOP Exercise for period of 30 trading days
MESOP untuk periode 30 hari bursa sejak tanggal 1 since 1 November 2023, by issuing 4,925,000 new shares
November 2023 dengan menerbitkan 4.925.000 saham with nominal value of Rp.100 per share, consisting of:
baru dengan nilai nominal Rp.100 per saham, yakni terdiri
dari:
(i) sebanyak 1.800.000 saham baru dilaksanakan dalam (i) 1,800,000 new shares exercised in respect of MESOP
rangka Program MESOP Tahap IV, dengan harga Tranche IV Program, with exercise price of Rp. 120
pelaksanaan Rp. 120 per saham. per share.
(ii) sebanyak 3.125.000 saham baru dilaksanakan dalam (ii) 3,125,000 new shares exercised in respect of MESOP
rangka Program MESOP Tahap V, dengan harga Tranche V Program, with exercise price of Rp. 150
pelaksanaan Rp. 150 per saham. per share.
Penyetoran atas saham-saham baru ini dilakukan oleh The said new issued shares have been subscribed by
pihak karyawan dan manajemen Perseroan peserta employees and management of the Company
Program MESOP Tahap IV dan Tahap V. participating in MESOP Tranche IV and Tranche V
Program.
