Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) Perseroan pada hari Jumat, 26
Juni 2026, dengan ini Perseroan menginformasikan bahwa
Perubahan Nama Perseroan, Perubahan Tempat Kedudukan
dan Alamat Lengkap Perseroan, serta Perubahan Bidang
Usaha Perseroan, telah berlaku efektif per tanggal 4 Agustus
2026 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia Nomor AHU-0067962.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026
tentang Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
Terbatas PT Fortune Resources Investment Tbk tertanggal 4
Agustus 2026.
Adapun detail perubahannya adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Perubahan Nama Perseroan
Perubahan Nama Perseroan yang sebelumnya adalah PT
Hotel Fitra International Tbk menjadi PT Fortune Resources
Investment Tbk.
2. Perubahan Tempat Kedudukan dan Alamat Perseroan
Perubahan tempat kedudukan dan alamat kantor Perseroan
yang sebelumnya adalah Jl. K.H. Abdul Halim No.88, Kel.
Munjul, Kec. Majalengka, Kab. Majalengka, Provinsi Jawa
Barat 45418 menjadi Noble House Lantai 28, Kawasan Mega
Kuningan Jl. DR. Ide Anak Agung Gde Agung No.2 Kav. E4.2,
Rukun Tetangga 5, Rukun Warga 2, Kelurahan Kuningan
Timur, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Administrasi Jakarta
Selatan, Provinsi DKI Jakarta 12950.
3. Perubahan Maksud dan Tujuan Perseroan
Maksud dan Tujuan Perseroan ialah berusaha dalam bidang:
a. Aktivitas Perusahaan Induk (KBLI 64210)
b. Aktivitas Konsultasi Manajemen dan Bisnis Lainnya (KBLI
70209)
Selain itu, sehubungan dengan perubahan nama, tempat
kedudukan dan alamat, serta bidang usaha Perseroan
tersebut, saat ini sedang dalam proses penyesuaian
administratif pada seluruh perizinan dan identitas Perseroan
lainnya.

Description of Material Information or In connection with the implementation of the Extraordinary
Facts General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of the Company on
Friday, June 26, 2026, the Company hereby informs that the
Change of the Company's Name, Change of the Company's
Domicile and Full Address, and Change of the Company's
Business Activities have been effective as of August 4, 2026,
based on the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia Number AHU-0067962.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026
concerning the Approval of Amendments to the Articles of
Association of PT Fortune Resources Investment Tbk dated
August 4, 2026.
The details of the changes are as follows:
1.Change of the Company's Name
The change of the Company's name from PT Hotel Fitra
International Tbk to PT Fortune Resources Investment Tbk.
2.Change of the Company's Domicile and Address
The change of the Company's domicile and office address
