         Strengthen Anti-Corruption Cultural Commitment,
                 Elnusa Holds Hakordia 2023 Event
Jakarta, 7 December 2023 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading energy services company that provides total solutions, continues to
realize its commitment to instilling anti-corruption cultural values in its workers by holding the 2023 World Anti-Corruption Day
(Hakordia) event on (07/12/2023) hybrid, directly in the Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa. This event raised the theme "Synergy to
Eradicate Corruption for Advanced Elnusa", which was adopted from the Hakordia national theme which aims to increase
awareness of all elements to work together to eradicate corruption.

Hakordia, which was approved to be commemorated every December 9, has three main foundations for fostering an anti-
corruption culture, including accountability, competence and ethics. This agenda was held to create an environment free from
corruption and to increase integrity and internalize anti-corruption values, especially for Elnusa officers. This is certainly in line with
the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles which can effectively mitigate the risk of corruption and
increase business sustainability.

The event was attended by Elnusa President Commissioner Agus Prabowo, Independent Commissioner Lusiaga Levi Susila,
Independent Commissioner Hernawan Bekti Sasongko, Elnusa President Director John Hisar Simamora, Elnusa Finance Director
Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, Elnusa management, as well as Directors of Subsidiaries and Elnusa Group Officers. The KPK-RI Head of
the Family & Business World Integrity Task Force David Sepriwasa was also invited to the event, who presented a Sharing Session
entitled "Preventing Corruption in the Business World", also present was Komika Ali Akbar who delivered a message to officers to
uphold the value of integrity.

Elnusa President Director, John Hisar Simamora said, to emphasize Elnusa's commitment to preventing and eradicating corruption,
Elnusa has taken several steps, including forming a Compliance, Anti-Bribery, Ethics and GCG (FUKAPEG) Function team. "Apart
from that, as a subsidiary of Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, Elnusa also supports and fights corrupt behavior within Elnusa and
the Pertamina Group, by always campaigning for the importance of upholding AKHLAK values, namely Amanah," said John.

John also continued, Elnusa has also implemented the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System or (SMAP) certification which
was updated last August. Not only that, internal campaigns through various Company communication channels are also always
carried out, in order to contribute to creating a business environment that is free from corruption, as well as encouraging progress
and integrity in Indonesia.

On the same occasion, the Main Commissioner of Elnusa, Agus Prabowo, stated that corruption occurs because of two things,
namely corrupt intention and opportunity. "Let us make the intention of not wanting corruption something cool and make Hakordia
