Facts 92.292.198 Treasury Stock resulted from Shares Buyback of

with Article 44 of the Company Law, we herewith enclose the
announcement on Treasury Stocks Withdrawal which has
been published through daily newspapers namely Media
Indonesia and the Jakarta Post on 8 December 2023.
