PENGUMUMAN
RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM TAHUNAN
PT PRIMA MULTI USAHA INDONESIA Tbk (“Perseroan”)
Dengan ini diberitahukan kepada para Pemegang Saham bahwa Perseroan akan
menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) (“Rapat”) secara fisik
dan elektronik melalui aplikasi Electronic General Meeting System KSEI (“eASY.KSEI”) pada
hari Senin, tanggal 11 Mei 2026.
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan memperhatikan Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”) No.15/POJK.04/2020 tentang Rencana dan Penyelenggaraan Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka (“POJK 15/2020”) serta POJK
No.16/POJK.04/2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka Secara Elektronik (“POJK 16/2020”) pemanggilan Rapat akan diumumkan melalui
situs web eASY.KSEI, situs web Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web Perseroan pada tanggal
17 April 2026.
Para pemegang saham yang berhak menghadiri atau diwakili dalam Rapat adalah para
pemegang saham yang namanya tercatat dalam daftar pemegang saham Perseroan dan/atau
pemilik saldo saham Perseroan pada sub rekening efek di penitipan kolektif PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) pada tanggal 16 April 2026 sampai dengan pukul 16.00 WIB.
Setiap usul dari Pemegang Saham Perseroan akan dimasukkan dalam acara Rapat jika
memenuhi persyaratan yang tercantum dalam Pasal 16 POJK 15/2020 Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan dan diterima Direksi Perseroan paling lambat 7 (tujuh) hari sebelum tanggal
pemanggilan Rapat.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT PRIMA MULTI USAHA INDONESIA Tbk (“Company”)
Shareholders are hereby notified that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS) and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS)
(“Meeting”) physically and electronically through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System
application (“eASY.KSEI ”) on Monday, May 11, 2026.
In accordance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and taking into
account the Financial Services Authority Regulation ("POJK") No.15/POJK.04/2020
concerning Planning and Implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public
Companies ("POJK 15/2020") and POJK No.16/ POJK.04/2020 concerning the Implementation
of Electronic General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies ("POJK 16/2020") the
invitation to the Meeting will be announced via the eASY.KSEI website, the Indonesian Stock
Exchange website and the Company's website on April 17, 2026.
Shareholders who have the right to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders
whose names are registered in the Company's shareholder register and/or owners of the
balance of the Company's shares in securities sub-accounts in the collective custody of PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) on April 16, 2026 until at 16.00 WIB.
Every proposal from the Company's Shareholders will be included in the Meeting agenda if it
meets the requirements stated in Article 16 POJK 15/2020 of the Company's Articles of
Association and is received by the Company's Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days
before the date of the invitation to the Meeting.
