Selain kerugian material tersebut, Perseroan dalam gugatan juga
mendalilkan adanya kerugian immaterial yang berkaitan dengan
dampak terhadap reputasi dan kredibilitas Perseroan, akses terhadap
sumber pembiayaan, kepercayaan lembaga perbankan, investor, serta
manajemen risiko Perseroan sebagai perusahaan terbuka. Perseroan
mencantumkan tuntutan ganti rugi immaterial tersebut dalam
petitum gugatan. / In addition to such material losses, the Company
also asserts in the lawsuit the existence of non-material losses
concerning the impact on the Company's reputation and credibility,
access to financing sources, the confidence of banking institutions and
investors, and the Company's risk management as a publicly listed
company. The Company has included claims for such non-material
damages in the lawsuit's prayer for relief.

Dampak hukum dari kejadian tersebut adalah Perseroan sedang
menempuh proses penyelesaian melalui Pengadilan Negeri Medan
dan hasil akhir perkara masih bergantung pada proses pemeriksaan
dan putusan pengadilan. Sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan
informasi ini, belum terdapat putusan dalam perkara perdata
tersebut yang berkekuatan hukum tetap. / The legal implication of the
incident is that the Company is pursuing a resolution process through
the Medan District Court, and the final outcome of the case remains
subject to the judicial proceedings and the court's ruling. As of the
date of this information disclosure, there has been no ruling in the civil
case that has attained legal finality.

Dari sisi operasional, Perseroan tetap menjalankan kegiatan usaha
dan sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini pengajuan
gugatan tidak mengakibatkan penghentian kegiatan operasional

Perseroan. Namun demikian, Perseroan mempertimbangkan bahwa

permasalahan tersebut dapat memberikan dampak terhadap:

1. hubungan perbankan,

2. akses pembiayaan,

3. reputasi, kredibilitas Perseroan baik di luar negeri maupun dalam
negeri, yang dapat mengakibatkan tertundanya kerjasama dengan
Perseroan — dan persepsi pemangku kepentingan terhadap
Perseroan.

From an operational perspective, the Company continues its business

activities, and as of the date of this information disclosure, the filing of

the lawsuit has not resulted in the suspension of the Company's

operations. However, the Company acknowledges that this matter

could impact:

1. banking relationships,

2. access to financing, and

3. the Company's reputation and credibility—both domestically and
internationally—potentially leading to delays in collaborations
with the Company and affecting stakeholder perceptions of the

Company.

Dari sisi kelangsungan usaha, Perseroan menyadari bahwa nilai
perkara memiliki potensi dampak yang signifikan terhadap kondisi
keuangan dan likuiditas Perseroan. Namun demikian, berdasarkan
kondisi dan informasi yang tersedia sampai dengan tanggal
keterbukaan informasi ini, Manajemen tetap meyakini bahwa
Perseroan masih memiliki kemampuan untuk mempertahankan
kelangsungan usaha dan menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya.
Perseroan akan terus melakukan langkah-langkah yang diperlukan
untuk menjaga kondisi keuangan, likuiditas, dan kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan sejalan dengan perkembangan perkara. / Regarding
business continuity, the Company recognizes that the value of the case
has the potential to significantly impact the Company's financial
condition and liguidity. Nevertheless, based on the conditions and
information available as of the date of this disclosure, Management
remains confident that the Company retains the ability to maintain
business continuity and carry out its operational activities. The
Company will continue to take necessary measures to safeguard its
financial condition, liguidity, and business continuity in line with the
developments of the case.

Sehubungan dengan kondisi tersebut, Perseroan belum dapat
menentukan secara pasti dampak keuangan akhir yang akan timbul
dari perkara tersebut, termasuk jumlah yang pada akhirnya dapat
dipulihkan atau diperoleh Perseroan, sampai dengan terdapat
perkembangan dan/atau putusan hukum yang relevan. / In light of
these circumstances, the Company is unable to definitively determine
the final financial impact arising from the matter—including the
amount that may ultimately be recovered or obtained by the
Company—pending relevant developments and/or a legal ruling.
