        Kami ingin menekankan kembali bahwa tidak ada rencana pengambilalihan saham Perseroan oleh
        ByteDance Ltd ataupun TikTok dan Perseroan tidak berencana untuk menjual atau menerbitkan saham
        kepada ByteDance Ltd ataupun TikTok.

        1. The Company to provide a clarification in relation to the agreement of ByteDance Ltd., parent company
        of TikTok, to establish extensive cooperation with PT Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. (GOTO) to develop new e-
        commerce
        Response of the Company:
        Please refer to Disclosure of Information No. 195/GOTO/CS/JKT/XII/2023, submitted by the Company
        together with this letter. Nonetheless, we also need to clarify that the discussion that is currently
        happening is between the Company, PT Tokopedia and TikTok.

        2. The Company to provide an investment value clarification and a form of cooperation between GOTO
        and ByteDance Ltd
        Response of the Company:
        Please refer to Disclosure of Information No. 195/GOTO/CS/JKT/XII/2023, submitted by the Company
        together with this letter, where there has not been a final decision and agreement on the potential strategic
        partnership between the Company, PT Tokopedia and TikTok.

        3. The Company to provide a clarification related to the takeover of 50% of GOTO's shares by ByteDance
        Ltd
        Response of the Company:
        Please refer to Disclosure of Information No. 195/GOTO/CS/JKT/XII/2023, submitted by the Company
        together with this letter, where there has not been a final decision and agreement.

        We also would like to clarify that there is no takeover plan or discussion over 50% of GOTO shares or sale
        of GOTO shares by the Company to any parties.

        4. Please provide a clarification on the relationship between the sale of shares owned by the founders,
        namely Andre Soelistyo, William Tanuwidjaya and Kevin Aluwi with the takeover of GOTO shares by
        ByteDance Ltd
        Response of the Company:
        The plan to sell the shares of the founders as stated in letter No. 172/GOTO/CS/JKT/X/2023 dated
        October 19, 2023, is a personal decision from each of the founders which has no relation to the Company
        or to the ongoing discussions between the Company, PT Tokopedia and TikTok.

        We would like to reiterate that there is no take over plan over the shares of the Company by ByteDance
        Ltd or TikTok and the Company is not planning to sell or issue shares to ByteDance Ltd or TikTok.




  2.    Informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
        perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.

         Other than what has been disclosed by the Company, including the disclosure of information made today
         by the Company, there is no material information/events that has not been disclosed to the public.

         The Company will always comply with all related relevant regulations including OJK Regulation No.
         31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of Issuers or Public Companies and the
         Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No: Kep-00066/IDX/09-2022 on the
         Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning Information Submission Obligations and if there is
         material information regarding a significant cooperation or corporate action, the Company will submit
         disclosure of information to the public no later than 2 (two) working days after the occurrence of the
         event.

           menjalin kerja sama secara luas dengan PT Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. (GOTO) untuk mengembangkan e-
           commerce baru.
           Tanggapan Perseroan:
           Harap mengacu kepada Keterbukaan Informasi No. 195/GOTO/CS/JKT/XII/2023, yang disampaikan oleh
           Perseroan bersamaan dengan surat ini. Namun demikian, perlu kami klarifikasi bahwa diskusi yang
           sedang berlangsung saat ini adalah antara Perseroan, PT Tokopedia dan TikTok.


           2. Agar dapat memberikan Klarifikasi Nilai investasi dan bentuk kerja sama antara yang telah disepakati
           GOTO dan ByteDance Ltd.
           Tanggapan Perseroan:
           Harap mengacu kepada Keterbukaan Informasi No. 195/GOTO/CS/JKT/XII/2023, yang disampaikan oleh
           Perseroan bersamaan dengan surat ini, dimana belum ada keputusan dan kesepakatan final atas potensi
           kemitraan strategis antara Perseroan, PT Tokopedia dan TikTok.

           3. Agar dapat memberikan Klarifikasi terkait pengambilalihan 50% saham GOTO oleh ByteDance Ltd.
           Tanggapan Perseroan:
           Harap mengacu kepada Keterbukaan Informasi No. 195/GOTO/CS/JKT/XII/2023, yang disampaikan oleh
           Perseroan bersamaan dengan surat ini, dimana belum ada keputusan dan kesepakatan final.

           Perseroan juga ingin memberikan klarifikasi bahwa tidak ada rencana pengambilalihan atas 50% saham
           GOTO ataupun penjualan saham GOTO oleh Perseroan kepada pihak manapun.

           4. Agar dapat memberikan Klasifikasi terkait hubungan penjualan saham milik pendiri yakni Andre
           Soelistyo, William Tanuwidjaya dan Kevin Aluwi berhubungan dengan aksi pengambilalihan saham GOTO
           oleh ByteDance Ltd.
           Tanggapan Perseroan:
           Rencana penjualan saham milik pendiri sebagaimana telah disampaikan pada surat No.
           172/GOTO/CS/JKT/X/2023 tanggal 19 Oktober 2023, adalah merupakan keputusan pribadi masing-
           masing pendiri yang tidak terkait dengan Perseroan maupun dengan diskusi yang saat ini sedang

         berlangsung antara Perseroan, PT Tokopedia dan TikTok.

         Kami ingin menekankan kembali bahwa tidak ada rencana pengambilalihan saham Perseroan oleh
         ByteDance Ltd ataupun TikTok dan Perseroan tidak berencana untuk menjual atau menerbitkan saham
         kepada ByteDance Ltd ataupun TikTok.
