Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa telah diterbitkan
Laporan Keuangan Audit untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada
31 Desember 2025. Sepanjang tahun 2025, Perseroan
membukukan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp 1,50 triliun,
meningkat 2,8% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2024 sebesar Rp
1,46 triliun. Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan tersebut, Perseroan
mencatatkan laba kotor sebesar Rp 389 miliar dengan margin
laba kotor sebesar 26% dan Laba bersih yang diatribusikan
kepada pemilik entitas induk sebesar Rp 84 miliar .
Dari sisi posisi keuangan, total aset Perseroan per 31
Desember 2025 tercatat sebesar Rp 2,0 triliun, meningkat
10,9% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Kenaikan ini terutama
didorong oleh peningkatan aset tidak lancar sebesar Rp 185,2
miliar.
Kinerja Perseroan menunjukkan penguatan pada akhir tahun
2025. Pada kuartal IV 2025, Perseroan mencatat:
1. Laba bersih sebesar Rp 35,3 miliar, berkontribusi
42% terhadap total laba bersih tahun berjalan
2. Penjualan bersih sebesar Rp 430,2 miliar, setara
dengan 28,6% dari total penjualan bersih tahun 2025
3. Volume penjualan sebesar 1,0 juta m3, atau 28,5%
dari total volume penjualan tahunan
Secara kumulatif, total volume penjualan Perseroan sepanjang
tahun 2025 mencapai 3,7 juta m3.
Dari sisi operasional, produk bata ringan tetap menjadi
kontributor utama dengan menyumbang sekitar 99% dari total
penjualan atau sebesar Rp 1,49 triliun. Sementara itu,
penjualan semen mortar tercatat sebesar Rp 16 miliar
sepanjang tahun 2025. Perseroan mempertahankan posisinya
sebagai produsen bata ringan terbesar di Indonesia dengan
kapasitas produksi mencapai 5,6 juta m3 per tahun.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby announces the publication of its Audited
Facts Financial Statements for the financial year ending December
31, 2025. Throughout 2025, the Company recorded net
revenue of IDR 1.50 trillion, a 2.8% increase compared to IDR
1.46 trillion in 2024. In line with this growth, the Company
recorded a gross profit of IDR 389 billion, with a gross profit
margin of 26%, and net profit attributable to owners of the
parent entity of IDR 84 billion.
In terms of financial position, the Company's total assets as of
December 31, 2025, were recorded at IDR 2.0 trillion, a 10.9%
increase compared to the previous year. This increase was
primarily driven by an increase in non-current assets of IDR
185.2 billion.
The Company's performance showed strengthening at the end
of 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Company recorded:
1. Net profit of IDR 35.3 billion, contributing 42% to total net
profit for the year.
2. Net sales of IDR 430.2 billion, equivalent to 28.6% of total
net sales for 2025.
3. Sales volume of 1.0 million m3, or 28.5% of total annual
sales volume.
Cumulatively, the Company's total sales volume throughout
2025 reached 3.7 million m3.
From an operational perspective, lightweight brick products
remained the main contributor, accounting for approximately
99% of total sales, or IDR 1.49 trillion. Meanwhile, mortar
cement sales were recorded at IDR 16 billion throughout 2025.
The Company maintained its position as the largest lightweight
brick producer in Indonesia with a production capacity of 5.6
million m3 per year.
