Jumlah saham dan persentase kepemilikan saham sebelum transaksi dan setelah transaksi: Jumlah saham dan persentase kepemilikan sebelum transaksi AAI adalah pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan yang memiliki saham pada Perseroan dengan rincian sebagai berikut: - 590.000.000 (lima ratus sembilan puluh juta) Saham Seri A dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp100,- (seratus Rupiah) per saham, dan - 5.147.058.824 (lima miliar seratus empat puluh tujuh juta lima puluh delapan ribu delapan ratus dua puluh empat) Saham Seri B dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp68,- (enam puluh delapan Rupiah) per saham. Dengan demikian, seluruhnya sejumlah 5.737.058.824 (lima miliar tujuh ratus tiga puluh tujuh juta lima puluh delapan ribu delapan ratus dua puluh empat) saham atau sebesar 81,596 (delapan puluh satu koma lima sembilan persen) dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam Perseroan. Jumlah saham dan persentase kepemilikan setelah transaksi AAI tetap merupakan pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan yang memiliki saham pada Perseroan dengan rincian sebagai berikut: - 590.000.000 (lima ratus sembilan puluh juta) Saham Seri A dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp100,- (seratus Rupiah) per saham, dan - 4.373.608.824 (empat miliar tiga ratus tujuh puluh tiga juta enam ratus delapan ribu delapan ratus dua puluh empat) Saham Seri B dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp68,- (enam puluh delapan Rupiah) per saham. Number of shares and percentage of share ownership before the transaction and after the transaction: Number of shares and percentage of ownership before the transaction AAI is the controlling shareholder of the Company which owns shares in the Company with the following details: - 590,000,000 (five hundred ninety million) Series A Shares with a nominal value of Rp100,- (one hundred Rupiah) per share, And - 5147,058,824 (five billion one hundred forty seven million fifty eight thousand eight hundred twenty four) Series B shares with a nominal value of Rp68,- (sixty eight Rupiah) per share. Thus, the total is 5,737,058,824 (five billion seven hundred thirty seven million fifty eight thousand eight hundred twenty four) shares or 81.59Y6 (eighty one point five nine percent) of the total issued and fully paid capital within the Company. Number of shares and percentage of ownership after the transaction AAI is the controlling shareholder of the Company which owns shares in the Company with the following details: - 590,000,000 (five hundred ninety million) Series A Shares with a nominal value of Rp100,- (one hundred Rupiah) per share, And - 4,373,608,824 (four billion three hundred seventy three million six hundred eight thousand eight hundred twenty four) Series B shares with a nominal value of Rp68,.- (sixty eight Rupiah) per share. LTD, Dengan demikian, seluruhnya sejumlah 4.963.608.824 (empat miliar sembilan ratus enam puluh tiga juta enam ratus delapan ribu delapan ratus dua puluh empat) saham atau sebesar 70,59Y6 (tujuh puluh koma lima sembilan persen) dari seluruh saham yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Perseroan. Jumlah saham yang dibeli atau dijual AAI telah menjual sebanyak 773.450.000 (tujuh ratus tujuh puluh tiga juta empat ratus lima puluh ribu) saham seri B Perseroan. Harga pembelian atau penjualan per saham Harga penjualan adalah sebesar Rp250.- (dua ratus lima puluh Rupiah) per saham. Tanggal transaksi Transaksi pengalihan saham Perseroan oleh AAI dilaksanakan pada tanggal 06 Desember 2023. Tujuan dari transaksi Tujuan dari transaksi penjualan saham oleh AAI adalah divestasi sebagian kecil kepemilikan saham AAI. Status kepemilikan saham Status kepemilikan saham AAI di Perseroan adalah kepemilikan secara langsung. ASIA AGRI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. Thus, the total is 4,963,608,824 (four billion nine hundred sixty three million six hundred eight thousand eight hundred twenty four) shares or 70.59Y9 (seventy point five nine percent) of the total shares that have been issued by the Company. The number of shares purchased or sold AAI has sold an amount of 773.450.000 (seven hundred seventy three million four hundred fifty thousand) series B shares of the Company. Purchase or sale price per share The sale price amounts to IDR250,- (two hundred fifty Rupiah) per share. Transaction date The Company share transfer transaction by AAI was executed on December 6" 2023. The purpose of the transaction The purpose of the share transfer transaction by AAI is divestment of a small portion of AAI's share ownership.
