akan membagikan dividen tunai sebesar Rp200.460.000.000,-
(dua ratus miliar empat ratus enam puluh juta Rupiah) atau
Rp156,- (seratus lima puluh enam Rupiah) per saham, untuk
1.285.000.000 (satu milyar dua ratus delapan puluh lima juta)
saham yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan.
Based on the Decision of The Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of PT. Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (the "Company") on
Monday, March 30, 2026, it was approved that the Company
will distribute cash dividends of IDR200.460.000.000,- (two
hundred billion four hundred and sixty million Rupiah) or IDR
156,- (one hundred and fifty-six Rupiah) per share, for
1,285,000,000 (one billion two hundred and eighty-five million)
shares that had been issued by the Company.
