kami sampaikan pemberitahuan bahwa Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham (“RUPS”) untuk
menyetujui perubahan susunan Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan untuk mengisi jabatan yang
lowong tersebut akan dilakukan pada tahun
2024. Hal tersebut akan dimasukkan sebagai
salah satu mata acara dalam RUPS Tahunan
Perseroan yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun
2024.
Demikian pemberitahuan ini kami sampaikan
untuk memenuhi ketentuan Anggaran Dasar

Dear Sir,
Following the disclosure of information
submitted by PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (the
"Company") through letter No.
LGL/054/IMJ/XI/2023 dated September 22,
2023, regarding the death of Mr. Soebronto
Laras, the President Commissioner of the
Company, we hereby give notification that the
General Meeting of Shareholders ("GMS") to
approve the changes in the composition of the
Board of Commissioners of the Company to fill
the vacant position will be held in 2024. This
matter will be included as one of the agenda of
the Company's Annual GMS which will be held in
2024.
Thus we submit this notification to fulfill the
provisions of the Company's Articles of
Association. Thank you for your attention.
