GoPay Tabungan Syariah by Jago Offers Convenience and Peace of Mind Jakarta, 5 December 2023 – GoPay and Bank Jago today launched GoPay Tabungan Syariah by Jago, a day-to-day transaction account that adheres to Shariah principles based on the Wadiah Yad Dhamanah (safe custody based on trust) covenant. Yet, according to OJK data, as of July 2023, sharia-based finance in Indonesia makes up only 7.16% of the total national financial assets2, resulting in a sharia financial inclusion index of only 12.1% in 20223.
