        Strengthening Work Partner Synergy: Elnusa Holds
            Contractors HSSE Meeting (ENCORE) 2023
Jakarta, 6 December 2023 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading energy services company that provides total solutions
and is part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, is holding the Elnusa Contractors HSSE Meeting (ENCORE) 2023 in
a hybrid (online & offline) manner for the third time, in the Room Udaya Graha Elnusa - Jakarta. ENCORE is a
communication forum for Elnusa Working Partners (Vendors/Subcontractors) to create synergy and collaboration in
realizing HSSE Excellence performance through fulfilling the criteria for implementing the Contractor Safety
Management System (CSMS) by Elnusa Working Partners.

This ENCORE carries the theme Accelerating Collaboration Toward Sustainable HSSE Excellence as a form of hope for
acceleration and collaboration between Elnusa and its Working Partners in achieving a common goal, namely
maintaining HSSE excellence performance. Attended in person by 126 Work Partners and 117 Work Partners who
attended online. This event was attended by President Director of Elnusa John Hisar Simamora, VP HSSE - Pertamina
Hulu Energi Subholding Upstream Geri Simansyah Achsan, VP HSSE Elnusa Ramon A. Pilli, VP Supply Chain
Management Elnusa Didik Purwanto, Director of Elnusa Subsidiaries, and all Elnusa Management.

In a series of events, Elnusa Working Partners received explanations regarding Full Cycle CSMS Implementation,
Sharing Session Learning From Events, and Robust Safety Culture. On this occasion, Elnusa also gave appreciation to
its Working Partners which were divided into 4 categories including The Best Contractor in CSMS for Upstream - Oil
Field Services Operation, The Best Contractor in CSMS for Upstream - Geoscience Reservoir Services Operation, The
Best Contractor in CSMS for EPC - OM Operation, and The Best Contractor in CSMS for Operation Support.

Vice President HSSE Pertamina Hulu Energi - Subholding Upstream, Geri Simansyah Achsan, who gave a speech on this
occasion, said, "the existence of Working Partner forums like this is an activity that we hope to make more continuous
and I hope that this activity is not only ceremonial, but also a Partner "The work presented here really brings an
understanding of the HSSE performance that we both hope for," said Geri.
The Main Director of Elnusa, John Hisar Simamora, in his speech said, "As we already know and are carrying out
together, we have optimized the Full Cycle CSMS implementation process during 2023 so that it is better than the
previous year, and it is hoped that in 2024 it will be even better. from this year. "We do this to maintain our best
performance," said John.

John added, "We don't get tired of Top Management reminding all ladies and gentlemen as Management of Elnusa
Working Partners to continue to understand and apply Pertamina's Golden Rules, namely Obedience, Intervention
and Caring, not only as jargon, but also actually implemented in the field. "Apart from that, there are also 15 Life
Saving Rules so that all frontliner colleagues who work in the field are aware of them," concluded John.
