ANTAM Receives Human Capital & Performance Awards 2023

Jakarta, December 6, 2023 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM: IDX: ANTM: ASX: ATM), member of
PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID) - the State-Owned Enterprise Holding of the
Mining Industry, announce that the Company received awards at the Human Capital & Performance
Awards 2023 from BusinessNews Indonesia Magazine on November 29, 2023 in Jakarta. ANTAM
received awards in The Best Reward and Recognition Strategy 2023 (Mining Industries) and The Best
Employee Engagement Strategy 2023 (Mining Industries) categories.
